What to expect
Join as Philip Shaw Wines hosts Josie Chapman, frash from her travels through Armagnac, France. Drawing inspiration from the heart of French wine country and her training in Paris at the Alain Ducasse Culilnary School, Josie will create a spectaculare menu using the fresh spring harvest produce from the Orange region.
This dinner is a try celebration of terrior, pairing local seasonal flavours with a curated list of exceptional wines. Guests will experience parings with wines from both Philip Shaw Wines & Hoosegg, inlcuding exclusive museum vintages.
