About this event
What to expect
Join in to watch Home, a play written and produced by Ros Varley and directed by Carl Whiteside.
Yearning for love, security, freedom, a home: three tenants, three flats, one intrusive public housing policy.
Steve's in emergency housing, Flat 33, stuck in Melbourne, yearning for his old job up at the mines in the Queensland sun. Jon's next door in Flat 32 and craving a home, security, safety. Belle's been in Flat 22 for years, wanting love, connection. Their relationships are building and they're going quite well. Until the Government comes crashing into their lives, into their public housing.
