Community Guidelines
Our rules for keeping the FWO community safe and welcoming.
Applies to posts, comments, profiles and business activity.
1. Be a good local
Treat people with dignity. Do not harass, threaten, shame or target someone because of who they are.
3. Protect privacy
Do not publish private contact details, intimate material, precise live locations or personal information without permission.
4. Keep people safe
Content promoting violence, exploitation, self-harm, illegal activity or dangerous behaviour is not welcome.
5. Keep recommendations honest
Disclose a commercial relationship and do not disguise advertising, paid endorsements or repeated promotions as community advice.
6. Respect creators and venues
Only post media you have permission to share. Credit original creators and respect event and venue rules.
7. Report concerns where they happen
Use the menu on a post or comment to report it. Reports are reviewed by the moderation team, and your Activity page will show when a decision has been made. You can also block or mute an account immediately.
Content may be limited or removed, and repeated or serious violations may lead to account restrictions. If you believe a decision was wrong, contact Find What’s On and include the report reference shown in your account.
